Our Story
We began from a vision and a passion that started over 17 years ago. Our founder, Julie Fox, started in the telecom industry as a Sales Office Administrator for a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. During the following 3 1/2 years she carried 5 different positions offering a wealth of knowledge in Sales Processes, Service Delivery Coordination, and the importance of thorough communication both internally and externally during the network implementation stages and ensuring a bill review is done prior to finalizing any order to eliminate the well known "credit" issues that customers face with their service providers.
Then came a leap of faith, Julie was offered a inside sales position for another CLEC and decided to go for it. Since she held sales positions at two other CLEC's and was promoted to the Regional Sales Director of the Pacific Northwest where she led the Portland and Seattle markets. This was where she realized the vision that she had when she first began her sales career, to run her own agency that would be based on integrity, putting the customer first, and being an advocate for the customers best interest.
Over the past 17 years a network of partnerships has been developed that covers the cabling/wiring, equipment, network engineering, SaaS, UCaaS, Data Back Up & Recovery, Data Center Hosting, IT Vendors, Network Security Specialists, Call Center Applications, and SD WAN subject matter experts. Through our experience we understand that businesses buy from people that operate with integrity and are forward thinking to always keep the customer in mind for new products or solutions that will make a positive impact on their overall success.
